Monday night starts Lag b’Omer. Monday Mincha and Tuesday there is no Tahanun. One should be somewhat more joyous on this day. As of Wednesday morning the laws of mourning that apply during the Omer are finished. According to Kabbala, one should not get a haircut until Erev Shavuot.
